SIARA is not a brand built overnight. It is the continuation of a craft that has lived in our hands, our looms, and our lineage for over five decades.
The Roots
A Tradition That Spans Fifty Years and More.
Long before SIARA had a name, it had a loom. Our families have been part of the silk weaving community for over five decades — learning the language of threads from the most revered silk traditions in India: the regal Mysore silk and the timeless Kanchipuram.
Each saree we create carries the memory of that journey — the rhythm of the shuttle, the tension of the warp, and the precision that only generational knowledge can pass down. This is not heritage we borrowed. It is heritage we were born into.

Two Women. One Shared Calling.
Sindura and Arthi have been working in the silk weaving world since 2005 — not as outsiders who discovered a trend, but as insiders who grew up inside it. They understand the saree not just as a garment, but as a living piece of craft.
They saw the gap between what authentic handloom silk truly is — its texture, its drape, its quiet luxury — and what most women were being offered. SIARA was born out of that clarity: to bring the real thing, uncompromised, to the hands of those who value it.
